What we want
- Pitches. Two paragraphs: what the piece is, and why it has to be written now. We answer within two weeks, including when the answer is no.
- Corrections. Send the URL and the sentence. We fix factual errors and add a note at the foot of the page.
- Photographs. A link to six to ten frames, not attachments. We pay a flat rate per published image.
- Reprints. Usually yes, with a credit and a link.
What we do not do
Sponsored posts, affiliate links, paid placement, or "collaborations" that are advertising with a different word on the invoice. If you are unsure whether your request is one of those, it probably is.
